So I pretty much haven't updated in almost a year.

Sorry. I know how frustrating that can be to people who "OMG I WANT MORE ART DDDD:" 'cause I'm like that with artists myself. ><

But somehow I highly doubt I have any fans like that.

ANYWAY

Lemme give you my excuses for not updating.

School was busy. Period.

And for most of the summer, I went through a kinda art block, even though I was supposed to be working on my GHP art projects (and still haven't started, damn it).

Also, scanning in stuff is annoying. And when I do scan in stuff, and receive no comments, I feel cheated, and am therefore discouraged from scanning again.

And I don't think my art is worthy.

Lately I've just been drawing stuff on paper (ballpoint is hella fun to ink with btw). I got a new sketchbook, but I prefer drawing on computer paper. Maybe it's cause I use mechanical pencils?

Also, I got a new computer. My wacom tablet isn't hooked up to it yet, and I don't have photoshop and opencanvas installed on it, anyway. I need to get that done, but...

Opencanvas frustrates me. God.

But anyway. Yeah. Um.

I got better since the last time I updated.

Like that helps any.

And my username pisses me off. I made it up when I was 12 years old at 2 in the morning, and I was obsessed with drawing my cutesy demon girl avatar named Jewel Bryte. Thebryte? Hello? How does that compare to Friedsashimi.
